FEES for Mental Health Counseling
Initial assessment up to 90 mins: $250
Session rate for 60mins: $180
I am able to work on a sliding scale based on client's need and ability to pay.
I offer insurance billing, however, clients are responsible for their knowledge of deductibles and co-pays. There are no guarantees that insurance will cover this work, clients are financially reposible for full payment of services tendered.
I am a preferred provider for the following insurance companies:
Regence
Premera
First choice
Aetna
Fees for Neurofeedback
$130 a session.
$220 for 2 sessions a week.
New clients must do 2 sessions a week for the first month, in order for the treatment to be effective.
24 hours required notice for cancellations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session rate.
Neurofeedback is often NOT covered by insurance. This is a separate service that is paid out of pocket only. I will no longer be billing insurance for neurofeedback.
Sometimes insurance will cover NFB... in this case I will provide you with a super bill and you can collect a reimbursement from your insurance.
Premera is the only insuranace that will cover this code and they will reinburse for the code I bill.
